Here are the key highlights for May 2026 :

Gemesis secures nearly €1 million in funding to launch APERIO, an industrial neutron imaging platform for the non-destructive testing of hydrogen systems, fuel cells, electrolysers, and batteries. 

FertigHy is awarded the EU “Net Zero Strategic Project” label for its low-carbon fertiliser plant in Languevoisin-Quiquery. 

Mesure Process successfully completes the first hydrogen trailer loading at the H2 Créteil site. 

NamX is granted European Patent from the European Patent Office for its vehicle-dedicated hydrogen capsule technology. 

Qair inaugurates its second renewable hydrogen station in Narbonne. 

Beyond Aero announces that it has exceeded $2 billion (€1.71bn) in Letters of Intent across 192 aircraft and 40 customers. 

NaTran, Teréga and Enagas launch in Gruissan the preliminary public consultation on the BarMar project. 

GravitHy is awarded the EU “Net Zero Strategic Project” label for its low-carbon iron production plant in Fos-sur-Mer. 

The BRGM (Bureau de recherches géologiques et minières) is collaborating with start-up VEMA Hydrogen under a CICo (Collaborative Research Tax Credit) R&D contract to model stimulated geological hydrogen production.
