Projects taking shape, funding confirmed, and new industrial partnerships: the French hydrogen sector continues to scale up across the regions.

Here are the key highlights for June 2026 :

Hopium is launching a €500,000 investment program to develop a new generation of its 200kW dual-stack fuel cell system.

HRS signs a framework maintenance agreement with HYmpulsion to provide 24/7 supervision, maintenance and technical support for six of its hydrogen refuelling stations.

FDE confirms high dissolved hydrogen concentrations at its PTH-2 well in the Moselle Basin,with concentration rates increasing significantly with depth.

Groupe ADP tests a hydrogen fuel-cell Hilux utility vehicle at Paris-CDG, in partnership with Toyota France and refueled via HYSETCO‘s station.

ArianeGroup signs a three-year deal with Air Products to receive low-carbon liquid hydrogen, with the hydrogen liquefied at Air Products’ Botlek site in the port of Rotterdam and trucked to ArianeGroup’s Vernon site for launcher engine testing.
